Reona Minazuki

The protagonist and a Diver. Reona returns to the Zone to search for Arisa after surviving the mall incident that separated them.
Arisa Kato
Voice: Natsumi Haruse
Affiliation: Koin Girls' Academy
Reona's closest friend. She disappeared when the mall they were visiting became an Anomaly Zone.
Yuiga Koda
Voice: Riho Sugiyama
Affiliation: Anomaly Zone Countermeasures Office
An Operator who withdrew from frontline work after an injury on her first Dive. She now supports Reona as her partner.
Kyoka Sudo

The Office's founder and chief, and a former Diver who once survived an extended period stranded inside a Zone.
Imari Fushimi

Who works at the Countermeasures Office?
Reona serves as a Diver; Yuiga supports her as an Operator; Kyoka leads the organization; Imari directs research; and May leads security. Arisa is a student, while Kaede and the unnamed Girl remain outside the disclosed organization chart.
